Each year, committes for JEEP conferences is made of:
- the permanent steering committee
- J.C. Tedenac
- B. Legendre
- G. Coquerel
- Ch. Goutaudier
- M. Sacerdote-Peronnet
- the chairmans of the current conference and previous conference
and for some conferences,
- a scientific committee of experts may be added.
